How many revisions can I ask for?
As many as you need, free of charge. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments (likeness, colours, details), not a complete change of style or composition.
What if I still don't like the portrait?
Then we refund the full price you paid, on simple request to support@cartoonova.com. The money goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of the validated request.
I ordered a printed product: what changes?
If you want a refund, ask before approving the preview: once it's approved, printing starts. If the print arrives damaged or not as ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Your portrait is a custom creation, so the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the drawing has started. You're still covered by unlimited revisions and the refund guarantee.
